The second group project in semester 2 was to create the interactive products which offer the target audience an engaging experience technically and physically.
This project was completed in teams which members are including the Digital Media students and BSc CAD students.
The objective was the students have an opportunity to explore interactive systems for the displaying or relaying of information and ideas to an audience.
We made an interctive game which called LAVAPump.
・An interactive game for school years 3-6.
・Play in teams or against your friends to save your civilisation!
・Answering wrong means you pump your teams pump.
・12 pumps causes the volcano to erupt and wipes out your civilisation.
We inspired by these research volcano and enviroment.
We based on them, the Designer made the 2D product design.
I made the 3D volcano which was followed by CAD and 2D Design.
・Hexagon Structure→stand on the ground with stability and Connects and expands the environment easily.
・Sculpting the subdivided face of Volcano→make lowpoly.
・Reflecting light material of crater and lava parts→3D printed and stand on real world
